So there we were, somehow ending up at a bar in downtown Raleigh, NC on March 29, 2017. I’m sure I had something to do with organizing part of this event, but to run into and meet other people made it extra special.
If I kept better notes I could tell you where this took place but AI hadn’t been invented yet to help me out.
So it turns out that also there that night was FOCM member of high esteem, Chris Dapolite and a neighbor of his, Mark Wilson. If memory serves me correctly, Mark is not in the clinical research industry but is clearly a man worth knowing given his connection to Dap.
Mark Allen may have been in town for an Almac meeting, which is why I quickly put together the event. But anyhow, Barry Cathcart was there and with his induction ceremony became the FOCM Chapter President of the island of Ireland.
And another chance encounter resulted in Cara Cartee receiving her membership card. She knew someone in common with me who was at the FOCM event and that was a solid referral for her membership ceremony.
And all the way from Asheboro, NC and a YPrime alumnus, Jivan Achreja received his membership card.
