The 5 Second Rule

Just watched a very good Ted talk by Mel Robbins and am sharing it with you at the link below.  Some practical things to do to make your life better and more fulfilling.  Some things to do are simple:

  • when your alarm goes off, GET UP!
  • if you have an urge to dance, DANCE!
  • if you have an urge to say something, SAY IT!

  1. 5, 4, 3, 2…. Thanks, Chris, for sharing. Definitely an inspirational talk. It seems to me that the entire clinical research industry is stuck. I’ve been working in it for 30+ years. Just now I’m finding ways to unstick it. I’m not talking about a new way to do RBM or big data analytics. There is much more we can do. Stay tuned…
